5-star is not enough for this company especially Juan Hernandez, the amazing technician who helped us get through a really stressful bird mite infestation. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also came the very same day we called — which was such a relief during a stressful time. From the moment he arrived, Juan was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. He immediately made us feel at ease and took the time to listen to our concerns without rushing us. Juan didn’t just treat the problem — he explained everything clearly: where the mites were likely coming from, how the treatment would work, and what steps we could take to prevent them from coming back. He showed real attention to detail, inspecting every corner thoroughly and treating the affected areas with great care. He went above and beyond, even following up to make sure everything was resolved. If you’re dealing with any pest issue, I can’t recommend Juan Hernandez highly enough.
