Called because I had bucket stuck in the air and needed help asap! They said they'd have their tech reach out asap. We'll that's been several days. No call, nothing. After we spent a day, we got it fixed, no thanks to altec. Poor Service!

This driver on truck 640208 tried to run us off the road, they have a big upside down pineapple sticker on the back of their company truck promoting a discreet signal indicating interest in a swingers lifestyle! So unprofessional and reckless! This happened 6/2 at 3:30is on Euclid in Arlington Heights!
