A young man named Cameron came out to do pest control services for a terrible spider problem on the exterior of our home. He was so loving to our beautiful Molly girl our golden retriever. He greeted her before he even moved forward with inspecting the work that was ahead of him. We will continue using them because of the thoroughness and the actual genuine concern he had for the spider problem that was horrendous. Shawna and Shelly were my contacts for setting up my services. They were very thorough once again and explaining all of the services plus the safety level of the product that they use. Within one hour, my darling dog was allowed to play in the grass which they actually had treated. She was safe in our home after it dried within 30 minutes, so very thorough. I can’t even explain how grateful I am Cameron you are a wonderful young man who has the best work integrity. I’m really proud of the job you did.

Review for Altus Pest Control – Technician: Mario We had a great experience with Mario yesterday on his first visit. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our strong dislike for insects and made sure to address all of our concerns. Mario sprayed the outside of our house, the garage, inside my mom’s place, and inside our home. He even went around the entire exterior to remove wasp nests and cobwebs, which was such a nice extra touch! My mom also had wonderful things to say about him—she found him to be polite, respectful, and very thorough. 5 stars!! I was so desperate and embarrassed to find a pest infestation inside and outside our home when we returned from vacation. Mario came out the very next morning and immediately tackled the problem professionally and was courteous! We were embarrassed, but he made us feel non judged and comfortable with a plan of action. It's a huge weight off our shoulders to have a Professional on our side of the pest issue. He showed up looking very professional, and helped us understand our issue with confidence. I will absolutely recommend this company! They also offer maintenance plans that are extremely affordable for maintaining a pest free home. Happy customer!
