    I have used Ameritech for 20+ years in 4 homes and 4 cities. However, at my last visit the tech explained the new higher price for what used to be the general treatment I have received for the past 20 years. He then told me I could get a treatment with fewer areas sprayed, but it would still cost more than what I usually paid. I agreed to that and told him I would find a new company moving forward. I did not schedule another appointment, but I started receiving texts saying I had an appointment and to respond with a Y to confirm. There was no option to decline the service, so I didn’t respond. I didn’t schedule an appointment, so I didn’t confirm one. Ameritech arrived at my home while I was at work and told a family member at my home that I had a service scheduled. I told the tech over the phone that I told the last tech that I wasn’t going to use Ameritech anymore and that I never scheduled a service. I would love to still use Ameritech, but there are other services in my area that offer so much more for the same price that Ameritech is now charging. I really hope the new owners figure this out. Ameritech used to be a great company.

    For anyone who’s used this place, check your bank statements. They’ve implemented a “new system” that automatically schedules appointments without your consent and charges your card. They shouldn’t even have your card on file. On top of that, they’ve raised their prices and don’t notify you when they pre-schedule appointments without permission. Watch out for unauthorized charges. Really disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years.

    Have enjoyed great service for close to 25 years that I have been a general pest treatment customer. Insects controlled very well, technicians were always professional, and the price was great. The one time we had an ant invasion, Ameritech rose to the occasion and ended the issue within a reasonable amount of time. Those were the good times. Something changed in the past few years. No more calls to schedule quarterly service, they don’t answer the phone, and it’s a chore to try and get on the schedule. It’s tough to change providers after all these years but it seems to be time. I suspect the company was sold and new management just isn’t up to the task. It’s a shame.

    I have used them in the past and they were great. Called and booked an appointment. 24 hours before they were supposed to arrive I receive a random text from a random number asking if they can come inspect my home today. I honestly thought it was spam because it has zero detail. I deleted it. Got two random call with no voice message left and then finally an email again that was vague asking if they can come inspect my home. Only reason I knew it was pest control is because of the sender email. They then asked if they can move my appointment to another time. I asked them what time and they asked if they could just quote me a price instead of coming. I told them to just cancel the appointment because clearly they don’t want to come. When I called to confirm the cancelation the lady that answered was rude and said “clearly it is because I don’t see you on the schedule”

    Phil Binniger arrived on-site within 2 hours after we reported the discovery of termite debris. He explained thoroughly what he diagnosed and efficiently made a plan of action for now and preventative measures on-going. He's personably, detailed, efficient, and we felt confident that with his experience, he took care of our issues in the best way possible today. And kuddos to Morgan for efficiently putting the best person in touch with us. She was "on-in" and followed up too!! Thank you to Phil and Morgan!!

    We have been a customer for over 15 years and have decided to go to another pest control company. They started an automated scheduling system and will charge you if you don’t call them and cancel your appointment. The rep that performed the service today kept asking when my husband was coming home. Why?

    We used this company for the past 2 years, however the last time they serviced the home, he asked to use our hose to finish mixing spray. We had several instances with bugs and thought maybe it was just the rain but continued over the next 2 weeks (not dying or dead but active) so we called back and since it was over 30 day period, they said we had to book another appointment and pay again. We never had issues before but it was like the house had NOT been sprayed at all. We will try another company. Prior to this past year their service was great, they would walk in, ask us problem areas what kind of bugs we were seeing, if we had animals. Now they just walk in and walk out.
