Outstanding and I would highly recommend them. They came out the same day and took care of my yellow jacket issue. I even got a follow up call a few days later to make sure that all was good! George, was super knowledgeable and friendly - great service!

We spoke with three different companies. American Pest had several options and compared them for us. The salesman was very informative. Their price was slightly better than the other two. The technician who came to install the bait traps showed up on time, was very pleasant and was equally knowledgeable. He was careful with the gardens and lawn as he did the installation. We are hopeful that the treatments will work…

Technician was wonderful. She was familiar with our house and very easy to talk to about pests. She explained specifics and offered advice. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of scheduling. I was given all all day approximation of service time. When setting the appointment, you should be able to narrow the time down to 2-4 hours. I understand that all appointments run different time-wise, but having to wait around all day (because we wanted an interior inspection) is unwarranted.

I worked for 2 weeks to get them to handle an ant problem in between my scheduled service. The last response was a voicemail saying we have your scheduled service next week so we will handle it then. He came this morning and by the time I saw him and ran outside he was gone. He noted in my service report that customer was unavailable to sign, which was a lie. I have now made 3 calls to cancel my service. The hold message says “you are the next caller”. Then they say to do an add call (whatever that is) and then hangs up. The last person I talked to couldn’t reach them either. She said they would send the notice over to them. I have no confirmation or confidence that they are going to cancel. Says it could take 48 hours before I hear anything.

To President, Vice President of American Pest: I know that we are due for an upcoming service visit at our residence. We have been loyal customers for many years. Lee was our “go to guy” every 2 months for all the household and business needs. We have been extremely upset by the re-organization of the American Pest takeover. Every time we have a service call now, it is a different person coming into the home and here is why: 1. Each person gives us differing opinions about the procedure of “taking care” of the insects. 2. Each person is at different levels of pest training. 3. Each person needs instruction as to where to find the bait traps for the mice and placement of the sticky traps for insects. My wife must follow the gentleman through the house identifying the traps and the kind of insects that dwell in different areas of the home and business. This is very time consuming for my wife and it must be demeaning to the “service professional”. We spoke with one of your employees 2 service calls ago and was pleased with his knowledge and his level of care for our home. We asked that he could be the one to return for the next call. Lo and behold the next month was a new service employee. I have tried to call but am rerouted to many desks and people with so many promises, “We have 400 people in this business”! This is unacceptable. Why don’t you have dedicated routes with consistent Techs who are familiar with the customers enabling them to do the best job possible? I also know that supervisors sit in the truck while the newer techs enter the home.

Kimi is great to work with. She has helped us eradicate termites and is on a mission to rid our home of mice now. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Her tech Ty is great as well. So thankful for the excellent help we have received from American Pest ridding our home of pests. I highly recommend them.

Our technician, Q, is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable tech. He always efficiently remembers all the areas inside and outside that he treats to leave our house pest free. We appreciate his expertise and lovely personality.

We have used this company for years, have a quarterly treatment plan with them, and have always found them reliable and good communicators. Last year we had an issue where European Hornets were getting into our home. They came out the same day this was identified and assisted in eliminating this concern.
