You can look at my profile and see I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel like I need to this time. I’ve been with American Pest for many years and never had a single issue until this summer. Since then, I’ve left five messages asking for a manager to call me back no response. Every visit has had some sort of problem, and now it’s October and still nothing. It’s really disappointing after so many years of great service. I’m not sure what changed, but I hope they turn things around because they used to be such a reliable company.

Highly recommend. Very professional, great and fair prices compared to others. Dan came on time that said he will, did a very good and effective pest treatment. Will definitely use their services again.

American Pest has been great to work with, and the technician that came to our house was great to work with as well. He was very knowledgeable, and was quick to know exactly how to treat our house. It was very easy to schedule our service with the sales team. I would highly recommend American Pest for all of your Pest needs.

Changed providers BECAUSE they do NOT get to the root of the problem, they send random techs that do not seem skilled in the trade. They come change bait stations, well its like a flat tire every Monday, yes you can fill that tire every week but eventually you need to know the source of the flat tire! They do NOT DO that! The techs do the BARE minimum. So your service just runs in circles and to no resolve. I went with another local provider and the tech had so much knowledge and a game plan and implemented it right away. It was a HUGE service difference than American Pest ever offered.

The technician arrived within a couple days of the initial call, used proper safety attire, and applied a targeted treatment to two yellowjacket hives that had been unfortunately located along our residential driveway and front path. He was even able to remove one buried hive intact, lowering the likelihood of needing a repeat visit. I recommend this company.
