Grant Garrett has been servicing me for 3 1/2 years and I have yet to see a bug. He is thorough , attentive and knowledgeable. I hope to continue his and American Pest Control business for a long time. And plus he is a great conversationalist!!!!!

I wish I remembered who took my phone call last month when I called she was amazing! But they got me in quick I called on a Friday and had someone out Monday. Josh is my tech and he's very quick, knowledgeable, non judgmental and helpful. Super happy with my service and will continue to use them

One star for phone calls to the Commerce office! Your call will go to voice mail and no one returns your call promptly! After numerous voice mails left and a complaint submitted on their website I finally received a call. The rep. Said they would call me back with an appointment to take care of a bee nest. They did call back but I didn't answer before they hung up. I called right back and got voice mail and left a message at 3:30 pm. This is the next morning and I just left another voice mail! Very poor customer service! We have used American pest for 5 years without any issues until now. We love Ashley, our exterminator, she is professional, friendly and thorough. I hope the phone issue is corrected soon, very frustrating 😕

Highly recommend this company! For years as their customer, I've never been let down. My service rep, Chase, goes above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. Our home has been a work in progress for a long time with numerous building materials and obstacles in his way but he always makes sure to find a way to navigate our mess. At first we had a bad roach problem and he made sure to warn us it would take more than one treatment however, he was so thorough that they were gone before he returned for the scheduled 2nd treatment. We've had no indoor issues since. Recently, I was injured and awaiting surgery while struggling to get around on a walker. He was so empathetic about my situation and commented on how difficult it must be for me to navigate my front porch and steps with a walker. He had noticed the explosion of webs and Joro spiders which overtook my doorway and porch ceiling and assured me he would rectify the issue so I did not have to maneuver through that mine field just to get to my doctor appointments. The spiders had also turned my walkway into command central creating webs that were impossible to avoid, which he made sure there was no trace of them before leaving the property. He has provided me with his cell phone number, just in case I needed his services before his next visit. Any issue I have contacted the office about results in an immediate appointment the following day, to which Chase calls to let me know when he's due to arrive and promptly addresses my issues. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, eager to please and accommodating each and every time I've contacted them. I wish all my business interactions were handled with this kind of service and because they show you how much they value you as a customer, I will tell anyone and everyone they are the only choice to consider! Thanks guys for a job well done and that goes for every staff member from sales, to service reps, to office staff and management that we've dealt with, it was truly my pleasure. My nomination for employee of the month would have to be a group photo!! You've got it figured out and it has not gone unnoticed.

I had a wonderful experience with Patrick, our technician. Patrick was understanding when he did our initial inspection during a move-in day, and he was able to follow-up with me. He gave clear communication and responded quickly when I reached out. He even came by the same day! He clearly outlined the contract signing process and what I should expect in the weeks and months to come with our various services. I appreciated him through this!
