Prompt arrival and fast efficient service removing a rattlesnake from inside our “snake proof” dog run. We really appreciated the respect and care the handler had for the animal. Will likely get the snake avoidance training they offer!

We were very distressed today when we heard an animal in our chimney, loud breathing and making scurrying noises all night long. We found a few feathers and it looked like an owl that was trapped. I called Animal Experts and they were so responsive and came over within 2 hours. They listened to me, gave me pricing and within 15 minutes, a beautiful fledging Great Horned Owl was gently retrieved from our chimney. Mark checked the bird over carefully and because of the quick response, it was in great shape and was released safely back into the desert. He immediately went back up and screen sealed the opening in my chimney so this does not happen again. This is a top notch and professional, customer friendly and knowledgeable company and I highly recommend them.

This morning I got to my clients house (I’m a professional pet sitter) and discovered there was a skunk INSIDE the house and under the couch. Today being Easter, I wasn’t sure if anyone would come to help. I called Arizona Animal Experts and Marc answered the phone. With in a few minutes, and without hesitation, he said he would come over and help. He was able to trap the skunk and release it away from the clients house. Fantastic service! VERY professional. I will absolutely call him again if I ever find a critter in a house that doesn’t belong there. Thank you so much Marc!!

For some unknown reason a Gila Monster decided to set up lodging in my garage. My health insurance isn't that good, so I called Jeff. He came within the hour, removed Mr. Monster and did it respect and compassion. I highly recommend these folks. Steve - Green Valley, AZ

It's a shame that I can only leave 5 starts for this review, because I'd like to give more. Found a snake in the back yard on a Sunday. I know nothing about snakes so they are all dangerous to me, even the safe ones. I called these guys at around 10 in the morning and they were great. Said they would have someone out there soon. 2 minutes later I get a call from Cass and she's on her way. A total of about 18 minutes after the call Cass showed up. She was AMAZING and had the best time trying to catch a Sonoran Coachwhip snake, the fastest in snake in Arizona. And she got it too! Gave her a good challenge but Cass was all about it. She was able to provide all kinds of information about the snake. How quick it is, all while trying to catch the snake. Dare I say she almost enjoyed it. Great care was given to the snake and I'm sure it's out racing around in a great new home, just not mine. These guys are the best. They are now on my speed dial for the next outdoor "event" I come across. Thank you so much Animal Experts and Cass!

I had a rattlesnake living under my hay bales almost all summer and we coexisted peacefully. Unfortunately, she decided to get a little too comfy and it was time for her to go. I contacted Jeff and he was at my place in less than 10 minutes and the process took literally 2 minutes. He was knowledgeable about safe snd humane relocation and put my worried mind at ease that she would survive and thrive in her new home. I will miss my friend, but I’m happy to know she is in a safer place for both of us now.

I had a bat fly into our house and when I called, everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind. Marc came out the same day (today!) and quickly netted said bat.
