I called animal rangers and a gentleman named Justin fielded my call and his knowledge was amazing he informed me that the snake that was on my property was non-venomous and it was actually a good snake to have on your property it was a rare snake in the State of Florida called a coach whip and I have now let the snake go back where I found him and hopefully he goes on with his life and and keeps our area clean and I did notice after he said they take care of most of your rodents I honestly haven't seen a rat or a mouse I can't think of the last time I saw one or any really other type of rodents like that but Justin again was very professional he called me immediately it was less than 5 minutes after I spoke to the dispatcher that he filled in my call and informed me about the snake and it was very nice to see that there are still people out there that take their job seriously and professionally and thank you also for being a former veteran and thank you for your service both as a veteran and as an animal ranger

The Animal Rangers (Justin) are great!! They arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company. Justin went out of his way to accommodate MY schedule. I called around 5 BEE companies for comparison's and the price and knowledge of the the animal Rangers were outstanding!!

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and on a mission and determined to remove a couple of snakes that had made themselves at home in the drains around our pool. They are gone and he fixed any openings and screened and have had no more issues. Also treated the perimeter of backyard with a snake repellent. Saved his number in my phone. We'll call no one else if we have any other issues with unwanted guest.

The website says services for a GTA are available in SW Florida. This claim is not true. The Admin answering the phone is uncooperative. She wouldn't take a message for an authorized gopher tortoise agent to bid on a beach nourishment project or forward the message to someone who could. Don’t use them for your home if they will not quote a USArmy Corps project. Think about it this way: if this company's customer service blazingly and rudely does not take a message or refer them to the GTA on staff, whether or not their Collier County GTA has suddenly left the company. This is for a federal funded project bid, why do you want them working on your residential property if the administrative staff can’t take a message. To the owner who commented - “unfair ?“- don't advertise you can do something then be rude on the phone to a possible client with future GT contracts. My recommendation; if you can not provide a service you advertise for in addition to being polite and courteous, you should recommend a friendly competitor. Stressing that although you are sad to see a $50k project go, you want the relocation to be done well and this is who you would recommend. at least “Have a great day and good luck on that project.” Is that too hard? Rather than making a client with a $50k contract for a large project feel like they are bothering your receptionist and taking too much of her time because she's in a pissy mood?

5 stars isn't enough for the quality of service my wife and I received from Chris at animal rangers. I'm still going through the stress of putting my house back together from Ian. We only had a week before our new roof was put on and we noticed a couple squirrels taking up residence in our attic due to the missing soffit. Chris came out immediately and captured 2 squirrels the 1st day. I thought that was that...but Chris wanted to be thorough and within 4 days he has relocated 5 squirrels for us. Truly amazing professional service. Its rare to find a company that treats you like a friend and not just a client, and that's what Chris did. Highly recommended!!
