We called about a pest that came into our business, but the guy kept trying to charge us an insane amount and was demanding that we pay him before he even come out. When we got a different service, he kept messaging us trying to guilt-trip us into getting his service. 0/10 would not recommend.

We contacted this company regarding a pest issue at our business, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. The representative insisted on an unreasonably high price and demanded full payment before even arriving on-site. After we chose to go with another service, he continued to send unsolicited messages in an attempt to pressure and guilt us into using his service. This behavior was both inappropriate and unacceptable. 0/10 — would not recommend under any circumstances.

Highly unprofessional and very rude, and they requested a ridiculous fee prior to service, definitely a scam, do not reccomend.

I called them after having a few bad experiences with a couple of other companies. They came and removed a mama raccoon and 5 babies from my chimney. Very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also had them cap off the chimney and protect other openings that critters could possibly enter my home. Wildlife removal is pricey but they were very fair. They also gave suggestions to prevent skunks. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

We called about a bat that flew into our business, but Bruce tried to overcharge us an absurd amount and demanded payment before even coming out. After doing some quick research, we found another service for a fair price. When we told him we didn’t want his service, he kept messaging us and went on a guilt-trip rant. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.
