They were so helpful, nice and understanding! Ruth (I think was her name) was very helpful on the phone and was so kind in understanding that I needed help quickly since we had a rat snake in our basement, 3 dogs and guest arriving for the weekend that I was worried about. After that, Colton arrived quickly and was so nice. He made me feel at ease, and honestly more comfortable about the situation. Though I hope that I won’t need to use these services on a recurring basis. I will definitely turn to them the next time I need help. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Discovered we had bats around and in our attic vents. He came out and inspected the outside as well as the attic. He did a good job explaining what they will do to get rid of the bats and keep them from returning. Was very nice and professional.

Derek from Animal Removal out of Cincinnati did an estimate yesterday at my house concerning possible Racoon issues. He thoroughly evaluated the attic, basement and roof. He pointed out Racoon activity and discussed what could be done. He was informative and easy to communicate with. The end result will most likely be the installation of a chimney top cap to prevent animals and birds from entering the house. His evaluation was much appreciated.

Very happy with our experience with Logan from Animal Remover LLC. Logan came out to take care of our problem with wasps in our fireplace. We were sure they built a nest in our chimney, but upon inspection Logan did not find any nest and then said there would be no charge since there wasn't really a problem. We really appreciated this, although we would've happily paid the normal service call charge. Logan has earned our business for any future problems we have - our ongoing fight with moles and a skunk that likes to nest under our porch every spring. Thank you!

I had two incidences of birds in my house so I called the animal remover to inspect my home. John and Brandon communicated well in advance of arriving, explained the process to me and then conducted the inspection of the attic and the exterior of the house. I felt the inspection was extremely thorough and they even noticed my mole. They did not find any evidence of an entry point for the birds but suspected the 18 foot front door being left open while retrieving the newspapers. During the inspection they saw a great deal of evidence of mice activity in the attic. They offered several levels of solutions for securing various potential entry points as well as removing the attic insulation. I feel that I am well equipped with good information upon which to make a decision.

I received a home inspection today for mice extermination. Jon and his partner were extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about mice extermination and how to treat/prevent any ongoing issues. I will definitely be using this service and highly recommend to anyone experiencing trouble with mice.
