We’ve used Anteater on and off since we bought our house 12 years ago. They’ve always been reliable and quick to come out and assess/treat whatever the issue is, whether we needed monthly treatments due to insects that took up residence while the house was empty or whether we needed an infestation of bees eradicated. The past couple years, the same technician, Jacob, has always come out and does a great job assessing the situation and educating me about what’s going on/what to look out for with a particular pest. He was also really kind to my autistic son who tries to befriend every stranger who comes to the house. I really appreciate people who make an effort to be kind and to educate you when they’re completing a service for you.

Sebastian is excellent & knowledgeable about the chemicals he sprays. He knows what he is doing. He is very respectful of my home - never leaves any puddling on the floors & he doesn’t rush thru the job. He cares about the customer. He’s professional & very welcome in my home. We have been using Sebastian and his team for about 3 months now. They have been nothing short of amazing. They are very educated and will answer any questions you have. We called them due to having a serious fly issue around our home. Sebastian came out, walked the home and explained their process and places on our home that could be areas of concern. Their communication and timeliness is outstanding. We get a coming soon text before they come out, and their prices are unbeatable. We have not had a single issue with bugs since we have started using them. Their products are natural and not harmful which was plus to our plants and pets. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone and will continue to use them for years to come.
