Anticimex is the first port of call when you discover pests in your home. After a brief initial consultation, I received a call back from a pest expert within a very short time. I was able to simply send them photos of the cockroaches I found. The very friendly expert identified them as harmless forest cockroaches. They also immediately reassured me and explained that they would disappear on their own in the next few weeks. They also recommended installing fly screens on all open doors and windows to prevent further intrusion. For me, there is no better pest control company, because they prioritize customer service and reliability!

Unfortunately, I had the annoying problem of bed bugs. These beasts just wouldn't go away... So I googled and found the company Anicimex. They appealed to me because they don't use poison, and I have two cats that I couldn't find anywhere to put them while I was being treated. Mr. Andreicut was very professional and friendly! Luckily, the infestation was over after the first treatment! If they come back, I know who to turn to :)

Mr. Manhart was with me today to treat my sofa, bed, and armchair with hot steam, and the floor with a chemical spray. He's a very nice technician, and this is his second visit. What I would like is for questions about chemicals, etc., to be answered in advance, without having to rush them. Whether the treatment has lasting benefits will become apparent in the next two weeks.
