My Technician Joe was awesome. I didn’t feel rushed with my questions like he just wanted to get to the next job, he explained each step he was completing. He was prompt and a courtesy call/text was sent prior to arrival. He actually had everything he needed to treat the issues at hand I was experiencing. I would recommend this company. The Adaptive technician was very knowledgeable . He removed a tiny paper Yellowjacket nest that was just starting to form. This is an excellent service because they always ask you if you have any issues. I love that the products are healthy.

I had a great experience. The staff was patient as I was still asleep when he arrived. He proactive and started treatment around the perimeter. When I finally came to the door he greeted me with a smile. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Nathaniel was the technician who serviced my home and he was excellent!!! We live directly across from a park and a rain garden that is under construction. Nathaniel informed me about points of entry, discussed what to expect and treated both the interior and exterior of my home and property with care and consideration. Great job!!

First let me clarify, the technician who serviced my house was professional and efficient, no problems there. The customer service person I spoke with, who set up the service is incompetent. I explained in detail what I wanted. Only the one side of the house where the yellow jackets were nested. I was quoted a price and made the appointment. The person who set up my service told the technician that my whole outside was to be sprayed. I did not want that! The chemicals are not okay with my dog and cats in the yard. I did not find out about the whole yard until the technician was done and he sent pictures. Of course the company says the insecticides are not harmful to animals, once dried. However, that is not true. Roundup can testify to that. And yes I know the composition of insecticides has changed but it’s still a poison. I needed to remove the yellow jackets, not every insect around my house! I am severely annoyed with this company’s customer service and the fact that they do NOT listen to what the customer wants. Again the technician was wonderful. I wish that my wishes were adhered to.
