Aptive did a great job focusing on the wasp removal and spiders and webs! Parker King did a thorough job. He also was communicative in making sure everything was done properly. Here are before and after photos

Danny was professional and laid back, not being too eggar for a sale, but interested in solving our bug problems. He gave me competitive prices and earned my business on initial visit with his honesty. Jeffery arrived at our home the next day, promptly, and even gave us his ETA in route. His initial visit covered all concerns for bugs we had. He had all his work in digital form and sent me lots of photos. He even cleaned areas for us, as part of the service! Overall, I am pleased with both Danny and Jeffery. It is good to see our youth having motivation and determination for a skill set and doing a great job at it. I will be looking forward to seeing how our contract develops and how it goes from here.

Technician arrived on time, dirty and smelly. Performed service that wasn't what I had been told by sales rep. The eaves on the windows were to be swept, the feces from geckos were not swept away as told. Asked to fill out after the survey and I have yet heard back (aweek later). Also, needed Indoor service and wasn't offered, although, I wasn't sure if I cared to have in my house. Disappointed with the service.

Aptive has been great but we still have some spider webs, and partial spider webs in the pool cage after you just left. Appreciate that you will return for a re-do. It’s not a “one off” though. We’ve had to recall you before Almost impossible to see the spider but it’s there.
