I had them come to spray my rental property and their payment system is terrible. The service was great for spraying, but I’ve now tried submitting my payment three different times with no luck. They called me from some India location and I spent 40 minutes during work trying to get this figured out. Still no luck.

I rarely give any business a 5-star rating, but I’m making an exception because of the attention to detail that William gave to our yard! Here’s his report: I’m all finished with the service. I inspected the exterior of your home for pest activity. I sprayed the exterior foundations to create a barrier around your home. I sprayed around windows and doors. I sprayed along lower eaves and up wall corners. I sprayed the lawn and landscape areas around your home. I treated your yard along the perimeter of your house with a granule product. I sprayed around the shed. I sprayed the brick wall in the front. I sprayed the bushes on the sides of your porch. The left photo shows a wasp nest he found UNDER my parked trailer. Now that’s service!

So we tried Aptive and after only a month of using them, they’ve came out a couple times to spray we still have pests really bad and every time they spray my dog smell like their chemicals and get sick I tried calling to cancel without any repercussions from the contract due to my dogs being sick from their treatment and I am being told that I still have to pay for the rest of the contract. I do not recommend them and I don’t think that’s right if my dogs are getting sick and smell like their chemicals, they should be willing to work with us and cancel our contract will not recommend them.

This company has two names. They are complete frauds. We have cameras and they will state they come to service and charge you for it but no one ever comes. Our home is infested with elm beetles even after using them for over a year. You can't ever talk to a human either it's only a robot on the phone.

This pest control spraying company does not provide the service they promised. The salesman who came to our house did a great job selling the service. The workers in charge of spraying did an inadequate job of spraying. They claimed to have sprayed my entire quarter acre property in less than 10 minutes. I work from home next to a window well that was never sprayed. I have sprayed my own property before for pests and it takes around an hour at a minimum. They did not text or call me on arrival as instructed so I could show them where to spray and to spray my garage. When I texted the worker to tell them my property had not been adequately sprayed they ensured me it had. I went outside and saw all the same spider webs that were there before the spraying. Overall I’m very dissatisfied with the service and it is very difficult to cancel the service. I am currently repeatedly calling customer service to get my service canceled and they are not being responsive. I finally got a hold of them and ended up paying a lump sum of $225 for two inadequate sprays and the $199 cancelation fee. I knew the price going into it and was okay with it but expected a professional service. $135 for 10 minutes of lazy work? SCAM. Do not pay for this companies services.
