On July 22, 2025, an Aptive Environmental sales representative came to my home. He specifically told me the service would be a one-time treatment for $50. Based on that assurance, I agreed. At no time did I knowingly agree to enter into a contract, subscription, or recurring plan. After the service, I was later charged $199.00. This charge was never disclosed to me, was not authorized, and directly contradicts what the representative promised. To make matters worse, when I signed the digital paperwork, the representative lied and told me I was signing for a one-time $50 charge only. I have doorbell video footage and text message communications proving that the representative misrepresented the service and misled me about what I was signing. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and deceptive sales practice and fraud. Aptive’s customer service has refused to work with me to resolve this issue, despite my attempts to dispute the charge directly.

Aptive has done a great job for us! We had an infestation in our shed and they took great care and we haven’t had a problem since- that was before covid! So happy with their service. Tom was awesome today!

Our house is still covered in bugs and yellow jackets we've been using them for over a year. We had someone come out yesterday and it's clear they charged us but no one ever came out. We have camera footage. Definitely do not reccomend. I can't ever talk to real person either it's always a robot.

We have used pest control for years. I appreciate the response and reminders for service. Tech did a great job communicating the problem areas. Great work!

Salesman sold us by stating treatments would stop voles in planting beds around the house. We discontinued our regular treatment and became infested with voles. I contacted customer service to inquire about making sure we were not automatically renewed. They then immediately canceled our contract and charged us a $199 fee, without our authorization. Numerous calls to same customer service resulted in ZERO help. Be very careful when signing any contract.
