Technician communicated with me during the treatment process even though I couldn't be there and I received lots of pictures which I appreciated.

The people working at Aptive Pest Control, besides the service, is what makes a company worth hiring. Communication is always well done and the crew is always ready to troubleshoot whenever something unexpected happens - reminder that they deal with natural dynamics and it's normal, although it doesn't happen often, for them to have to visit you back dor touch ups. The reporting system they use sending us pictures of all actions executed during each visit is also very appreciated. It has been my first few months using their services and I am happy so far.

But definitely not because of quality, faith/trust/, or anything else.My dog did in fact have some type of allergic reaction or poison after the treatment that your company did, even after keeping her inside and away from the inside and outside treatment. I called about it instantly when I learned about the true restrictions, SINCE NOBODY CARED TO MENTION IT. It was IMPORTANT TO MENTION! We just lost our LONGTIME FAMILY DOG AND MY KIDS ARE SUFFERING WORRIED ABOUT IF WE WILL ALSO lose our dog named WEDNESDAY. The pain that this company has been causing us is beyond weird and unnecessary. If something MORE happens to my dog, you will have BEYOND A even MORE major problem with me. I gave this company the time and respect from selling door to door knowing people do not trust door to door but I supported your unknown company just to try to support the young people that is out knocking on doors, but this is a JOKE. All your company wanted was a sell and opportunity to get me to buy the product EVEN knowing we are moving in less than a week, but did not want to take NO for a answer as you kept soliciting and taking advantage. You even promise to do both homes and I called my new landlord to have them available to let y'all IN to spray before we move in, THATS CANCELLED! FINALLY, your door sales man even pointed out that my BLACK NEIGHBORS has had your company, WHICH WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNNECESSARY WHICH I MENTIONED. Dont lead with so, “ Do you know such and such, which was only my black neighbors, saying they got your service too. I gave pointers about that but I still tried to support. I want my money back and refunded for any fees, pet fees and cancellation fees. I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF MY DOG AND THE PAIN AND SUFFERING on our family if your company does not fix this wrong. Know that I’m not playing, ask you salesman knows my credentials and occupation. I am a college graduate from OSU and fix teeth for a living and most DEFINITELY not illiterate. I have a lawyer, so don’t think I’m a black uneducated woman. I will be going to court if not. I’m not someone to push over and think you can hustle and treat anyway you want like crap. This is me being nice, as I’m up with my dog doing everything possible to save her life, so my kids don’t have to bury another pet. Seeing that we just had to put our longtime pet down. My kids are freaking out, worried, crying and scared after watching how she is acting, looks, swelling EVERYWHERE. The pain and worry is beyond it. While I have to work in the morning and my kids have to get prepared for school in a week or so, can not notfocus with our pet named Wednesday suffering. PHOTOS SENT

Our technician was Caleb. He was very pleasant to talk with. He explained what he was going to do. I told him that we have had absolutely no issues with any type of bugs or insects getting into the house since we began the Aptive program. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

He was super friendly! I know I talked his head off but he was so polite, really enjoyed having him around the house. He answered all our question. On time. Really enjoyed him and would love to have him back.

The last person who came out to spray on November 4th went above and beyond to accommodate the arrival to our home. I had something come up and he adjusted his schedule to be able to be here when we were present. However, aside of how appreciative I was for his willingness to provide our service in the timeframe that worked for us, we will be canceling our services and no longer require adaptive’s services. I spent over 30 minutes to find how to contact the company and the phone number on the direct webpage was invalid. Thank you.
