Called them last month to treat invasive lantern flies which only worked temporarily. Now they came back worse than ever. We have a full infestation/swarm. The person on the phone said they won't come to treat for 6 days. Unacceptable length of time when we are paying a monthly subscription. The worst part is they charge a $200 cancellation fee so you can't switch to another company that promises same day service. Don't be peer pressured to sign up by the door salesman like I was. Do your research.

We were not satisfied with our service. Our scheduled appointment window was between 8 and 9 am and he did not arrive until almost 11. Then I explained that we didn’t want the front porch area treated because of a nesting dove on the porch. But he sprayed the area anyway. He was not responding to my request. Our interaction with the other technicians that have been here previously have been most satisfactory but the tech who was here today just wasn’t listening.

I was very apprehensive calling pest control for ants. I found Aptive and was pleased knowing they use naturally derived and organic treatments that are safe to use around wildlife , pets and people. That was my number one concern. My technician Clay was absolutely wonderful . His patience was so appreciated and I felt extremely comfortable asking him any questions. His knowledge was very reassuring. Both Clay and his coworker Jeremy ,who was in training , were timely , courteous and extremely respectful. They were both understanding of my wishes and concerns . I will most certainly request them in the future.

Kimberly was at our home today, for our scheduled appt.. She always asks if we’ve noticed anything in particular and will address the area. We also trust her expertise, knowing what to look for or particular needs for the season. I always know we are in good hands with Kimberly, she is very thorough! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great customer service- I requested a quote and received a call back within 2 hours. My tech, Dave, was awesome. Informed me of everything he was going to do, took pictures of the outside fixes, and made sure there was nothing else needed before he left. Highly recommend

Our tech did a great job. We were not home but he provided pictures of every area he treated. He communicated his arrival time and asked if we had any specific areas of concern before he started the regular treatment.

Ben was great! He took the time to listen to our issues and he took into consideration our pets in regards to placement of traps. He thoroughly sprayed areas I pointed out that I saw spiders in. He was also thoughtful and put on boot covers before coming in our house. Thank you!

Austin gets 10 stars from me for his visit today! He accomodated my schedule, answered all my questions and gave me very helpful guidance! He truly was excellent in every way!

Jeremy was wonderful! Texted when he expected to arrive, arrived promptly, communicated before and after and sent photos after he finished the inspection. He gets a 10 out of 10!!!

We had our first service done today. Kimberly was prompt @ 8am for our appointment 8am-10am. She came in, introduced herself, listened to our concerns, and then explained the plan in full detail. Any questions we had she answered. The whole service took a little over an hour and everything was really thorough, which really stood out to us. We have seen Aptive at several of our neighbors houses in the past but thought we didn’t need it. As we head into the cold winter months, we want to make sure we taking the precautions to any unwanted house guests! Thank you Aptive!
