Not good at all talked to the sales rep in person at my address .first they did my neighbors house which even the postal service gets confused sorta understandable. But then go to my house and miss all of the spider nest right in front of the front door area and all the way around the house. Then send me pictures saying your doing stuff but did a lazy job. Just tell me you have to come back at a later time.

I am very pleased with our first visit from Aptive. Kevin & Ashen arrived promptly, introduced themselves with a smile and summarized exactly what they would be doing. They were efficient and thorough in taking down spider webs, egg pods and several newly started wasp nests under the eaves, Kevin treated for spiders & sugar ants inside the house while Ashen treated the outside perimeter of the house and the lawn area for ants, spiders, wasps, ticks and fleas. We feel ready for summer hospitality - picnics on the lawn, sitting on our deck and playing outside with our grandkids without fear of pests spoiling the fun. So far, I’m a fan! Kevin is wonderful. He asks what our needs are and gets right to work making sure our pets are safe and secure. My husband showed him our areas of interest and he went right to work and took pictures and sent us the pictures. Great service.💚💙
