Aptive kept our home mostly bug free, and their techs were punctual, polite, and quick to reservice when we saw activity again. The quarterly plan is convenient, prices are mid to high, and the door to door sales style can feel pushy. Communication and scheduling through the app worked fine, but canceling took effort and the early termination fee was annoying. If you want hands off pest control with easy resurveys, it delivers, if you hate hard sells and contracts, you may want to look elsewhere.

Aptive is the most comprehensive and affordable way to go for complete home insect protection. Their workers are friendly and respectful and their service is prompt and curteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking got a good pest control company. They even fight the little flying bugs outside. I included a picture of one of their traps outside my yard to cut down on mosquitos.

Same terrible experience and customer service as the other poster mentioned. Hired their service in April and they never showed up after but charged me every month. I went to cancel my service via phone call . I cancelled and they still messaged me and showed up right after I cancelled their service TWICE. Very bad experience. I informed them that they could not perform the service because I cancelled via phone call. He showed up regardless at “9:20am” and finished by “9:30”, but I never received a response. They couldn’t have performed the service call because no one was home. There was no one there to let them in and the back gates were locked. Later, I got an email saying they "supposedly" did the service, and charged me for it. This is the second time it happens. I asked for photos of the visit, and they don't have any. This means that if I'm not home, they claim they did the job when they didn't. I still have the same spiders and ants all the time. They didn't let me speak to a supervisor, they refused and told me they’re charging a cancellation fee. Absolutely would NOT recommend!! Very happy with this pest control service. Great service by professionals that are knowledgeable in their work. Great advice from our most recent service pro, and happy with the service he provided.

Service has gotten significant worse since my last three visits. Nothing is done besides the spray. In the past cobwebs and other build up was brushed off and now for three visits nothing has been done. Why would anyone want to pay for service that shows no results. Third strike and I want a refund.
