Today’s service is particularly exceptional. Ricardo single handedly did the sevice. He asked if there was any specific issues he could address and took notes. The job was very well done!

I still have cobwebs under my patio table and chairs, my couch and various other places. I think the technician was more interested in his phone than anything else. I probably will not renew my subscription.

Dwayne came over for maintenance. He treated the exterior perimeter of my home for ants and spiders. He treated the cracks and crevices, indoor patio and by our she’s as well as our yards and windows. We are very happy with Aptive because they always let us know when they are coming a day or two ahead and the day of a text 30 mins before.

Junior was very professional and took time to explain in detail what the service entailed. I expressed the issues I needed focus on, which he took extra time to address.

Francisco was thorough in doing his job. He made sure to let me know what he would do and he also asked me if it’s okay to spray on the eggplant tree. He also let me know that it’s okay for him to spray the garage. He took pictures of all the spaces he sprayed and took out the spider webs. I give him 10 out of 10 being the best. He will do the interior of the house next time.

As usual, Aptive Pest Control did an outstanding job. We recently had some problems with rats because of a neighbor's filthy yard, and I asked the technician, Miguel, to put some rat traps down and make sure they were hidden from you. He did not disappoint.
