As usual, I experienced another top notch service from Aptive. After receiving advanced notice via text, I was greeted in a friendly manner by technician Mikah. He asked about any specific needs for this treatment. I didn’t have any specific issues so he started treatment inside the home at the areas that I asked. Mikah then completed the entire outside treatment providing very detailed photos of each location. The photos are very helpful to us. We renewed our premium service as well. Thanks again, Mike

Kate was very nice. I was informed at the last visit that I would be contacted if I wanted to renew my subscription. No one contacted me. I was told I had one more treatment before my subscription expired. I cannot continue due to living on a fixed income. Please cancel my subscription.

We haven’t been with them long, maybe a handful of treatments. They treated the house the middle of July and it’s almost October so I called because we have a TON of living insects inside the home. I called and the best they could do was 2 weeks on a Saturday. First it was 8-5 so I called to get a more accurate time. They said they could do 8-12 and I said okay. That Saturday comes and it’s 11;30 and no sign of them so I called. Lady said before 1pm I said okay. Bug guy texts at 12:30 saying he should be at my house by 1:30. I said NOPE we have things to do I can’t just stay home all day waiting. Service is rescheduled to the following week. We have no clue on a time. He showed up and my husband had the front door open. The guy NEVER came inside or asked. We pay for them to do their job and we are NOT satisfied at all with their service. Most the summer it’s like we didn’t even have a pest control service because the bugs are unreal.

Overall, I highly recommend Aptive service to anyone dealing with pest issues. The technician was very thorough. I recommend being home when the application is done to get the best results.Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the pest-free comfort of my home now!

The tech was great and explained the service he rendered along with instructions on contacting Activ about the gift card when we were instructed to speak to the tech about it upon his arrival. I am pleased with his service and his professionalism and attention to detail on problem areas. He also checked back in before leaving the property to update us on his finding a wasp nest and his removal of it. Thanks again!
