Nick was awesome! Communication was great, he was friendly and knowledgeable and did an incredible job on our first visit. Gave me a highly detailed text after he left, answering my questions and going over what he had done. Also attached some pictures of areas he focused on. Also removed a bald hornet nest with ease. If Nick is an indication of the rest of the company, I’m happy in my decision of choosing them.

This is our third month with Aptive. The difference is amazing. Were able to fully enjoy our time outdoors. It's been pleasant to be outside every day. My garden is happy and thriving like never before. They take the time to ask about any concerns before the begin and then pay special attention to those areas. We have a huge nature area across from our home and we have had beautiful evenings and days outdoors. I td our tech today we Co. Meant every evening on just how pleasant being outdoors is now.

James was great! Very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly to me! He not only wanted to help solve my yellow jacket problem but he also helped me make decisions that were best for my family and young baby! I am happy to have Chris with her services. I am still not getting any progress with these bees. I paid $450. For the removal out of my mom’s basement. Can you please tell me what is needed. We haved another treatment. There is still a lot around.

The technician was very friendly and informative. Made sure that he told me everything he was going to do and what to continue to look for after the application. He informed me about what he used that it would be safe for my dogs after it dried . I am very happy with the service I received today and I believe in the future.

Great company. The guys that come out are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They give you text reminders the day before and when they are on the way. Easy rescheduling app online. Most important, their treatments work. We saw improvements in the basement after one treatment and it’s significantly better than a year ago.

Chris was very professional and detailed in his work. He explained the products and traps being used in the home. He even cleared up a contract matter I was unaware of. However it will still be honored and I love that. Thank you for the great service you provide.

I appreciate the text reminders of the appointment, the text from the technician when he's on his way that asks if there are any particular concerns and then the text when he arrives. After the visit, the tech texts pictures of the areas he treated and a detailed description of what he did. We've had Aptive for more than 2 years and are extremely pleased with each tech we've had. There have been several occasions to have a reservice visit for a difficult pest and the company is always prompt to send someone. I'd definitely recommend Aptive.
