We like Aptive’s regular servicing of our home. We no longer have ants in the spring and feel like it’s much less buggy around the house. We appreciate that our tech texts us when they’re coming. It’s easy to communicate with them.

Aptive Pest Service is by far the most dependable and reliable company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their workers are the most courteous and thorough. I have had no problems since they began servicing my home.

Chris (Aptive enviromental) did an amazing job 10/10. Chris was very responsive and asked for specific treatment needed on the scheduled day which ensures customer satisfaction. Also, at the end of the treatment service, Chris sent a descriptive message about treatment that was completed on the scheduled day. Overall, great service!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aptive. A sales representative named Cameron Ritz came to my door and promised me their Pro Plan for $59.99/month. Based on his words, I agreed. However, I later discovered that the contract he had me sign was actually for $100/month. This was completely misleading and dishonest. Since then, Cameron never answers my calls, never responds, and completely disappeared after getting the signature. I have been trying for hours to reach a manager, but no one ever picks up. Customer service agents with heavily broken accents keep telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” and they simply try to brush me off. They also promised me summer-long mosquito protection, which was the main reason I signed up. That never happened. All they did was drop off a small black trap box and leave. My mosquito problem was never solved. Now I am trying to cancel, and of course, no one is helping, no one is responsible, and I have been paying almost double the price I was promised for 6–7 months without even realizing it. This company’s lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Aptive. Their sales tactics are misleading, their service is ineffective, and their support is nonexistent.

The Aptive rep was prompt and let me know he was on his way before hand. He asked if we had any issues that needed addressing. He was very thorough and explained the treatment he was doing for the winter months. I was very happy with today’s service. The rep was very personable and professional.
