Larry from Aptive visited today. I let him know about a couple of issues: a few ants in the kitchen area and hornet nests outside. He had an effective game plan for both. He spent about an hour and a half applying the usual treatments and addressing the specific issues. He and Aptive have been thorough, professional, and prompt on all appointments. Highly recommend!

They always do an excellent job!! Service Reps are always very professional, nice and understanding of our needs and concerns. They provide pictures of everything they do, even the last minute extra service I need at the time. Today I asked for mosquito and wasps repellents, since we are having a holiday party, and he provided everything I needed. Highly recommend!!

The man that came today was very thorough and even took pictures of the areas he did. He was great and I’d love to have him every time. This was his report. All set! Today, I focused on treating for seasonal pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, and silverfish. I applied treatments to the eaves, windows, doors, entry points, the yard, perimeter of your home, and any pest hotspots I found on your property. You can expect to see a gradual reduction in activity over the next 3–4 weeks as the treatment takes full effect. Mikal did an excellent job inside and outside and took care of a giant hornets nest. I appreciate all his help and coming quickly to address this serious issue. With 6 grandchildren coming in two days a giant hornets nest was a serious concern. Having it addressed by a professional is a huge help and peace of mind.

I can’t say enough good things about the visit. Everything was handled as I requested, including the mosquito spraying, applying a perimeter guard at the foundation for bug deterring ., I had never had interior treatment before. It was excellent. I received two fly traps and the wall board of every room Received an application of bug spray . No smell no residue Jeffrey was willing and thorough with treatments that I felt went above and beyond the call of duty. I have had experiences with other companies that were not positive. Not satisfied with the service provided. I have requested each time to make sure to look for spiders and wasps. and nothing is done. I have a lot of cibwebs everywhere on the deck after they do the service. I have a lot of wasps nests too. each time they send me photos but I dont think they are cleaning the cobwebs. if they did then I should not see them when I check after the service. Please see the nest under the chair.

From my first call to now my third service, I'm always impressed on the knowledge aptive representatives have. My little banter with my technician today informed me that's he's licensed for his role. Who knew? Not me? Very impressed with the labor/ thoroughness they put in to secure my home AND property to help maintain a pest free environment. I'll add top notch customer service, polite, pleasant and always respectful of my home and property! I'm definitely happy we chose aptive!
