We just had our first initial visit! Elijah was courteous and informative. His process was also quick and efficient! I really appreciated the courteous text letting me know he would be arriving in 30 minutes. I look forward to seeing how the product performs and how the follow up treatments go! So far I have been pleased with my interactions with Isaac and Elijah!

AMAZING SERVICE!! They showed up and sprayed the same day that I signed up! They paid special attention to our problem areas and were very thorough! Would definitely recommend this company! I actually did send them directly across the street to my friend/neighbor. They signed up as well!

These people just do not stop trying to sell their product. So I finally tried it since they had a “sale” for $55 going on at the time. I thought this meant $55 per treatment like the saleswoman said it meant. But nope. She lied to me. After the first month it went to $89 a month. And no it didn’t cover more than half the bugs she’s promised it would. STAY AWAY

Pro: the techs are nice and knowledgeable Cons: Even though we have a set schedule they cancel on short notice and won’t reschedule for 20 -40 days. This means we get several unwanted critters. Customer service is hard to get a hold of. Overall l would not recommend and I will be cancelling my contract.

Elijah sprayed all the important places and he did it well and quickly! I’m very very pleased with Aptive. The only bugs I see are dead ones! Shaugnessey did the next Treatment – the house, the yard the shrubs, the entire perimeter of the house to 5 feet out with granular substances that kill bugs. These people are amazing and I live bug-free.
