Brendon from Aptive serviced my house. He was very friendly and courteous like all the others. I love the text messages letting me know when they will arrive and once they are here, they make sure everything I wanted to be taken care of has been done. Thank you Aptive for having great employees.

Noe was very polite and professional. He took pictures of what he treated. Explained to me what the treatment was for. He also help me save some money and upgrades my account.

Absolutely brutal experience. They text you before arriving for appointments. I noted twice to not ring the doorbell as kids are sleeping and both time the door bell was rang. I then proceeded to cancel my service and after having to repeat my desire to cancel 4,789 times they finally did so. Afterwards I was charged an additional $89.99 for a monthly service that I did not receive and was told no luck on being reimbursed as this is how their billing cycle works, even through I did not receive this month. Terrible experience. I would rather have the bugs than have to deal with this company ever again.

I own a brand new home. I have had Aptive service my home 10 times. The chemicals they used on my home is deteriorating my concrete foundation. I filed a complaint with this company and they denied any wrong doing. Do not use this company!
