Disappointed in that I specifically asked for you to get rid of the spider webs. But there was a failure for you to even touch those on the surfaces of the bushes attached to the house. They aren’t hard to see so come be my guest. I’m forwarding some of the photos I took after your technician left but they are harder to see. If you can’t do a simple removal of spiders and their webs (hint if you remove the webs and they come back, you didn’t get the spiders- dah). If you can’t do better than this, I don’t need or want your service. More pictures of more bushes but this should give you an indication. Otherwise, it looks like a fairly good job although we’ve had far more insect bites since you serviced us. Also I would expect a service call to last longer than the quick run through I’ve gotten the last two times. I won’t recommend your services.

I am very happy with my service! The provider was great with communication, asked me for specific areas I wanted taken care of, and took care of things I didn’t even notice. He was thorough and even did my second story. Very happy and glad I signed up with Aptive!

Technician was friendly. He arrived right when he said he would, and answered all my questions. He put in a lot of effort to spray all the areas I asked and took pictures of everywhere he worked. This is my second service and have noticed an improvement since the first. 10/10 would recommend this service to anyone.

Always thorough! I get a personal text message each month with arrival and a request for any special areas that need more attention. They will even go into your home if needed. After service, the tech sends photos and explains how tbe service was performed. It’s no sweat!
