Jonathan and his staff person were very nice and great to work with. Had a Raccoon teenager size that was stuck on our deck and she took care of the removal from the deck. We had European starlings nesting in our second floor dryer vent. Jonathan came out within a few days of my call to remove the nest, clean out our whole dryer duct, and install a new vent that is both bird proof and doesn't trap lint at the opening. He did a great job and it didn't even take very long. He also helped me identify a spot on our house where starlings had likely nested in the past (but our new roof has kept them away). Great service, very nice! Will definitely call again if we have another wildlife issue at our house.

Jonathan was very nice and understanding. They came to my house very quick and caught the groundhog very fast as well. If I ever have any animal problems I would contact them again and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
