I would like to say how happy I am with the service provided by AZ Pest Control. The staff is very helpful and willing to accommodate any additional needs the customer may have. I had an issue which arose between my regular service days and they sent out a technician right away at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company. I would also like to give my highest compliments to the technician who serves my property, Alex Munoz. Alex is extremely professional and always on time for our scheduled appointments. He is very knowledgeable, hard working and thorough. He is pleasant and patient with any special requests I may have. I really can’t say enough good about Alex, the company is very lucky to have him as one of their employees.

New customer with AZ Pest Control. Great experience as we were out of state for the summer and Anthony (Inspector) addressed a pending termite issue. His timely communication and follow up was very much appreciated. He also worked us into a tight schedule with multiple home visits as we were traveling. Jason (tech) was great to work with, very professional and completed the treatment plan as agreed upon. He also had answers to many of our questions as this was new to us having a home just 3 yrs old. Highly recommend AZ Pest for any home pest needs you might have.

Alonzo Pryce is AWESOME!!! He never fails to take time to talk & ask how things are going, he will even play a couple rounds of catch with the dog if the dog will let go of the ball. Alonzo is so good natured & listens to our needs as far as Mosquitoes & other bugs we are Blessed because he takes Great care of the yard & the AZ Sun room when I ask him. When he is out & someone else comes it just isn’t the same . No one takes the time that Alonzo does to make sure everything is treated well, to last the month & I’m very grateful for that but mostly I wouldn’t trade Alonzo & the job he does for anyone else. Thank you Alonzo for all you hard work & for taking such good care of us.

These folks are great. But what makes them a notch above is one of their technicians, Chase. He always goes above and beyond in his treatment of my property and is professional, kind and courteous as well.

Yeah, unfortunately they don’t do one time services. You gotta sign an agreement like a one year agreement or so forth every other month agreement they don’t give free quotes over the phone. They send a certified inspector. They said to look at your property so best of luck at this company. Whatever happened to just servicing people

Craig has serviced my home for the past 2 years and he has always been professional and communicative with me while doing so. He always lets me know when he is on the way to my house and what service he is coming to do. He is punctual and attentive, always paying attention to the details and ensuring that his work lasts until the next service date. I appreciate the extra care he takes to maintain my home in order to keep the critters out. I have noticed over time that less and less unwanted insects have invaded my home. Thank you Craig for all your service and knowledge over the years and making sure my home is safe!

Craig was very communicative and explained the giant swarm of bees that were in our front yard tree. He let us know what to look for if they decided to make a nest so we could have them removed if we needed. Luckily they were just pollinating our tree and moved on but it gave us peace of mind to know what was happening. I have also used Az pest control in the past for other needs and they are always quick to send someone out and help with what we needed.

I am so happy with Arizona Pest Control. I have been with them for over 2 years. My technician, Stephan, initially came to my home to help me understand my needs when I was having a problem with cockroaches. As a new homeowner in Arizona, I was unaware of all the potential insects in the area and Stephan helped to educate me on life-cycles, populations and ways to mitigate infestations. The level of kindness, professionalism and knowledge that Stephan has is truly exceptional. I really do sleep soundly now! And I feel the price is VERY reasonable for that kind of peace of mind.

I was lucky enough to be sent Mike as my inspector, and he provided absolutely outstanding service. Not only did he walk me through the inspection, but as he did he highlighted areas of potential concern and tips on how to prolong the life of my home. He raised my awareness to several issues that needed immediate attention and did so warmly and with a willness to teach. If only my home inspector had the knowledge and attitude that Mike has! In the end, it was discovered that I was still under warranty with another company and therefore didn't need to follow-up with service. But if I ever need future pest treatment or if I'm asked which company to choose, I'm saying Arizona Pest Control. And that is 100% because of Mike and his fantastic service.

The service my family experienced for almost two years was awesome. The tech worked with me around putting my dogs in and out of the house while he worked. I had the same tech except for this last time and both were great! Very respectful and thorough. When I had to cancel my service because of family financial trouble, Amanda (an angel) pleasantly accepted my cancellation and said that when I was in a better place financially they would be happy to be there for me! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They spray every other month outside for us and have figured out the right concentration to use so that they haven’t needed to spray inside for five years. Austin C. absolutely CRUSHED it! Listen, I've been in Tucson for almost 46 years. I heard of Arizona Pest Control bc...Well...Ive seen them for 46 years and know they are a Tucson based company. Thats really all it takes for me to call them. Austin was super professional, did not let ONE thing unturned, he nailed the area that's FILLED with Blackwidows and put granuals on/around our HUGE ant "habitat" that we have. Im not kidding folks- we have ants that have made the entirety of my backyard their mansion and im not overstating that. I have tried EVERYTHING from every department store, home remedies, u name it and NOTHING works. The Blackwidows were getting worse to where I'd say we easily have a minimum of 20 of them in a 10x10 area in our carport. Austin's knowledge and frankly "love" for getting rid of these to help homeowners was such a blessing. The price was worth it. Ive got 2 dogs, a pig, a wife and 2 kids under 10. Im not taking ANY chances. Not when I have my pig haha. Thanks again AZ Pest Control you guys are giving our house back to us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jonathan is a hard worker. He's professional and polite, and he's an excellent communicator. Jonathan welcomes and encourages customers to ask questions -- to which he then provides clear answers with good explanations. Jonathan is an expert in his field. He has quickly graduated to "Lead Field Technician" by listening, learning and applying himself. Jonathan is also a good teacher, as he took time to provide instructions and demonstrate work examples to his coworker to ensure all tasks were accurately completed. Jonathan worked diligently and he was very thorough, even taking time to review and double-check his work. The customer is very glad that Jonathan was assigned to be onsite to accurately complete the work, and the customer appreciates that Jonathan ensured all the requirements and requests were correctly completed before leaving the jobsite. It was a pleasure to have worked with and observe his work, and the customer looks forward to another opportunity to meet Jonathan in the future.

My husband and I just moved in and wanted the home to get a good going over. Craig C. arrived and did a stellar job of navigating our moving boxes and clutter to spray the interiour, then did a thorough job on the exteriour as well. Friendly service and helpful explanations on what to expect as new AZ residents. Really happy with our first experience!

Chris has been very helpful in getting control of the bugs at our house. He listens, recommends and also gives helpful tips. He is cooperative regarding the services I want and don’t want ( no glue traps). Chris is very timely. Arizona Pest Control is a good price and we have service every two months.

We recently moved to Arizona and wanted to make sure our home stayed pest-free. This company was recommended by our landlord, and we’ve been using their services since July with great results. A couple of days ago, I found a scorpion in our laundry basket (terrifying for a non-AZ native!), so I called the company right away. Alan was dispatched to our home in under an hour, even though they’re very busy this time of year. He did an interior spray, as well as exterior (was scheduled later this month anyway). He also thankfully got rid of the scorpion! Other than this instance, our home has been pest free. Alan is always friendly, efficient, and patient with all my questions. I really appreciate the company’s quick, reliable service and the peace of mind they provide. Highly recommend!
