Scott has been servicing our home for about 7 years and we couldn't be happier with his service. He is prompt, great at communicating with us, and he rid us of the scorpion infestation in our new home when our old company could not. Most recently during one of his monthly visits he discovered a termite tube in its beginning stages. He provided us with education on it as well as a plan to combat it. He's so friendly with our kids and our pup and is happy to come by if we spot ant hills or any other concerns between treatments. This post is long overdue! Thanks for all you do Scott!

Arizona best choice has great customer service! They are very responsive! We had a spray today but I called and asked if they could do the inside too. The rep checked spoke with the tech and got us in today. The tech Erasmo Mendez, 212 contacted us to let us know he was on his way so we can send someone to meet him! Great company!

I was very impressed with his knowledgeable explanation of the various types of termites and that we should not worry about removing our dead tree and replacing it. A week or so ago someone got stung with a wasp in my yard. I was both surprised and concerned. Not wanting this to happen again, I needed to find an exterminator in a hurry. So with a few steps online and the help of AI, I found Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services. They were at the top of my list and they didn’t disappoint. The technician, Jose, came out the next day and carefully inspected the property. I showed him where the nest was and let him get on with his work. I was aware of only one nest. Jose found several others! I was afraid it was going to cost me a bucket load when he was done. Instead of that, Jose only charged me another few dollars more for taking care of ALL the nests. That was more than reasonable. My experience with the company and certainly with Jose, was totally positive. I recommend them without reservation!

The tech, Ben, is terrific. Very thorough and a nice guy. I went to a company that was cheaper and they were not reliable so I’m back with Arizona’s Best for good. When someone says they will come do a job and don’t show up it is very irritating. This company is always there when they say they will be. All their techs are very nice and reliable!!!
