I was very satisfied with the service and their technician, James. He came out to my home on time and did a detailed inspection. He explained the treatment plan and the expectations. He used a natural product which was great, did the job! I will continue to use Arkadia and have also recommended them . If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently call again for a yellow jacket best. Their technician Drew came over on time , was very professional and explained the process. Did a fantastic job ! Like I said before, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Arkadia did a great job! I didn’t know what moved into my attic, but they could tell right away (bats). They gave me a few options with different prices, which I really appreciated. They returned to install a bat box/house, and had good recommendations on where they could hang it. They were on-time, knowledgable and friendly, and I’m happy with the solution!

Now that Arcadia merged with Viking, they charge you $80 to come and see if there is an issue. Arcadia used to come out and provide a free inspection so that you can make an informed decision. That's the type of business practice that I value and reward with my loyalty. Between that and being barely able to understand understand the operator in the offshore call center, I'm looking elsewhere. EDIT: I had Western come out for free and they inspected my house and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend Tom from Western. EDIT 2: Thanks for the cookie cutter response but as I said, I was able to find better service with your competitor. I would guess that most people dealing with a pest removal service don't really care about "being heard"... but if that were the case, I would suggest using a US based call center.

We were redoing our bath/shower and discovered carpenter ants behind the tiling. Arkadia was one of three companies I called. They returned my call promptly and quoted me a reasonable price and options. They were competitive in rates and could fit us in right away. The representative was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in his diagnosis. Very pleased with outcome, problem handled!

Their moto is if we didn’t put the ant bait in the right spot the first time around, you have to wait two weeks for us to come out again. I have about 15-25 ants on my bathroom sink at all times for the last two weeks. Lisa, the person who handles scheduling is not a nice person. Very nasty and unprofessional.
