Armstrong told me they would call when they were close, I waited all day and at 3pm I called them to check on how much longer it would be. I was told they were behind and it would be awhile. I waited until 8pm and never received a call. I called the office the next morning and I was told they had come to my house and determined my roof was too steep so they couldn’t do the job, they never called me to discuss or actually look at the wasp nest. Beartooth pest control came over and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes. I am leaving this poor review because I felt my time was not respected, and they never took a minute to actually look at the situation or discuss it with me.

I have used these guys several times over the years at this house and my last. They are friendly, professional and really know their trade. They listen to the pest problem you have and have always solved it in a single trip. I am amazed at how many times I try to eliminate bug problems on my own and just can't get it done with hardware store solutions. One service call from these guys and boom, the bugs are gone for good. I feel I have a friend in the pest removal business by the way I am treated. Thanks Arenie for taking such good care of us!

I had spiders in my house. Raid just didn't work and I was getting bit. I called Armstrong Pest Control that afternoon and they scheduled a time with me the next day. The man that arrived at my door was punctual, clean, professional, and knew what he was doing. He found some mouse droppings we hadn't noticed. He sprayed for the spiders and set up equipment to catch the mice. I was offered a fair price and decided a monthly service would be the best for us. A fair price....PUNCTUAL!! I would recommend Armstrong Pest Control in a heartbeat!

Arnie came to spray for bugs, spiders and reload mouse bait traps today. He did all of this super quick. as he was doing this he noticed that I had broken a sprinkler line. He took over an hour out of his day to help me fix this sprinkler line as he has 20 years in sprinkler experience. He then refused money for his services. Not many men out there like Arnie thanks for all your help. I will forever use Armstrong and refer them to everyone I know.

I had them come spray my house as I despise any sort of insect/pest that could enter my home... that was back in September and I have yet to see a insect/pest in my home since! Great service friendly people and highly recommend them to anyone looking to really control the pest problem! 5 stars across the board!!!
