Shevonne was comprehensive and informative and respectful. My anxiety about having a termite issue was very well tended by his service. Also, Evan, who was my inspector, made me feel much more at ease with the process I'd treatment. Highly recommend Arrow; and if possible, these two guys if you are in need if pest control of any sorts. Not only are they personable but their products are also safe for human and pet alike.

Very pleased with my service with Arrow and in particular my technician Josh Hardee. My yard is unquestionably the greenest and best looking yard on the street. Always helpful if I see any issues and friendly and informative telling me what to look out for or what to follow his treatment with in terms of watering etc. I’ve previously had 2 other vendors and this level of service is a significant improvement and my neighbors have taken notice and I think 3 others on my street have moved to Arrow recently as well.

Arrow is just one company out of probably ten I could use for insect control. They are all mostly the same. The difference is their employees. Somehow, Arrow knows how to keep good ones. We've had our tech , Colleen for a long time. She is awesome. Always calls and gives us a window of time , asks if there are any specific problems ( and we've had a few over years she solved ). She the very best. Thanks for letting me tell you just how good she is.

I had set some bug traps around the house when Mr Dennis Jackson with Arrow Services drove by and saw the pop ups yep we got them! He was able to explain the system they have and had it installed the next day! I called for a follow up visit and he stopped by the same day within 2-3 hours and scheduled service the next day and it was already done! Call Mr Jackson he gets the job done! Well done Sir we appreciate you!

I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience with Arrow Environmental Services has gotten so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. After trusting them with my lawn—and referring them to at least nine other customers over the past couple of years—I expected basic professionalism and accountability. Instead, my lawn is now dying, clearly mistreated, and the service I once thought was reliable has turned into a complete nightmare. What’s worse? I can’t get anyone to call me back. No updates. No explanation. No accountability. Just silence. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch a lawn you’ve invested money and time into decline because of a company you trusted. And it’s even more frustrating when that same company can’t be bothered to respond, especially after all the business I sent their way. Right now, Arrow Environmental Services feels like a company that’s happy to take referrals and collect payments, but not so interested in standing behind their work when something goes wrong. I expected much better, and I’d strongly caution anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

Absolutely! Here’s a natural-sounding review draft that feels personal, warm, and human — not like it was written by a bot: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with **Arrow Environmental Services**! Colleen came out to service my house, and she is absolutely fantastic — super professional, friendly, and clearly knos what she is doing. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. It’s rare these days to get service that feels both expert and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what I got. I’d definitely recommend Aero (and Colleen especially) to anyone who wants quality work and peace of mind.

I had the pleasure of meeting Colleen and enjoyed her conversation and excellent work. She was extremely thorough, she gave me a lot of knowledge about the little store bugs we had along with helped me to get rid of ants on my pool patio!! She was so nice and understanding with me having to change and fluctuate the schedule!! I highly recommend her in this company!

We just had our house treated and tented for termites. The communication was very poor and lack of instructions of what was needed was very frustrating. I was told they would arrive early morning so I got an AirBNB the night before. Didn't arrive until the afternoon so that was money wasted. They also left several bags of food outside my house and left only to be told to ask my neighbor to pick them up. I was also informed the house would be clear to enter early morning so we booked until then. I made several attempts to understand what the process was to reenter and still at 5pm had not heard anything even after contacting the sales person and customer service. I came later in the evening and still had not heard anything only to see a notice on the door. I am onto the following day and still nothing. Really disappointed with lack of customer service and follow up to questions I have. Had I not driven back to check, I would still not know it was safe to enter the house. I am back in the house now and had to research myself on what was deemed safe and steps needed to be taken. Also very disappointed with the condition of the house after. There was broken glass on the floor and spices all over my oven which had been dropped. Not to mention the only window without a screen was wide open which let in flies and moths. To add to this, the landscaping while I understand the need to remove the mulch away from the house to seal, was left in a mess and left pushed away. Just not an experience I would expect after paying upwards of $4k for the treatment. Update: I was also informed they would take down the fence and restore it. Instead they just glued the tent to the fence and my fence now has glue residue all over which I could not power wash off. Further update: It is now over a month and several attempts to call and resolve and no response. I am just told over and over a manager will call.

3rd update: I am pleased to say that our lawn has been replaced. It only took 8 months of putting pressure on them but finally, this ordeal is over. Google Reviews is a great way to get the attention of an unresponsive business. 2nd update: As promised they reached out and a district manager came out to inspect. He called the next day and said they would sod and plug our yard. Again, that’s the last we’ve heard from anyone. Still no resolution. Update: This situation keeps getting worse. I was contacted via email regarding the extra invoice I mentioned below. As previously stated, after several calls one of their technicians came out and agreed that our original technician had made an error and had not detected that our lawn was infested with chinch bug. By then the lawn looked as it does in the attached photos. He sprayed and was successful in stopping the infestation. Unbelievably, they charged us for that treatment, and that is where the extra invoice came from. They actually want us to pay for a treatment that fixed the problem they missed... I would appreciate it if you would share the following. We have tried everything we know to do so now we’re turning to social media - If you’re considering hiring Arrow Pest control (owned by Rentokil) I would urge you to reconsider. We began calling them in August about our lawn as it was dying in several places. The technician told us we needed to water more often – 1. It was the rainy season and 2. None of our neighbors were having issues. The lawn continued to worsen, and we continued to call. After several calls they sent a different technician who told us that our lawn was completely infested with chinch bug. He treated the lawn which stopped the scourge but by this point we had large areas in the lawn that were completely dead and some areas that were just dirt (see photos). We continued to call with the intention that they sod the areas that were affected. Again, they sent technicians out but there was no resolution. We finally called and asked for the escalation department who sent someone out the next day. He indicated that someone would be in touch within the next few days regarding re-sodding but we heard from no one. In the meantime, we started getting calls from their billing office saying that we were overdue on our payments. I checked our records with the bank and we are current on all invoices except for the most recent (November), which we had already told them we would not continue paying until this issue is resolved. I kept calling their billing office until I finally got through to someone who was willing to go through our records (all other agents said they’d send me an email, which never arrived). She discovered that we had been falsely issued an extra invoice in October which she said she would have removed. Suspicious to say the least. Now it is December, and I just received a call from the regional manager saying that the contract states that they are not responsible for re-sodding when they’ve failed to treat a lawn properly.
