We have been using Arrow for almost 17 years. Have been very happy with service. Over the years all of the employees we have encountered have been very professional.Arrow does our termite protection, pest control and mosquito control. Besides the actual in home employees the office staff have always been helpful.I 100% recommend Arrow!

I love my exterminator! He's fabulous! He texts me so that we are always on the same page with scheduling and I appreciate him for that!! He goes above and beyond and that keeps me loyal! I had a company come by not too long ago just door-knocking. They were a reputable company that offered to beat my pest control and termite prices but Arrow has taken care of me for over 7 years. They are consistent with the level of service I receive and I feel that my local office cares about me. That means something to me so I stay loyal to them just like they are loyal to me!

This review is not for Arrow’s bug services, this is for their wildlife services. After contacting Arrow for MONTHS about rats getting into our basement drop ceiling, plenty of technicians came into our home and claimed that they had done an exclusionary, had set traps, had exhausted all resources to rid the rats, yet the rats have continued to be a problem. Monday December 30th a technician came out to my home after I had set cameras in my ceiling and I could see the rats entering and exiting my home. I showed the technician every hole, every video, etc. and to no avail I was told that there were no new entry points found and they had zero clue where they were coming in from. When I inquired about clean up services (after going through months of sickness due to rats) I was told clean up services are not available until the rats are gone (so essentially just let the poop and pee pile up with zero answer on how to get rid of the rats) I had enough and called out another company who came to my house on Tuesday December 31st, they found multiple entry points without me showing any of my own evidence. I was told my home has been invaded by HUNDREDS of rats with no signs of any exclusionary work being done. I am now looking at $2,700 to get rid of them on top of having already paid for Arrow’s wildlife services annually. You did us so wrong Arrow. Arrow fooled me into thinking they were doing everything they could all while the problem spiraled out of control. I have terminated my wildlife services and I expect some sort of reconciliation due to their faulty services. If you have a problem, don’t expect a high school looking teenager with a flashlight to solve the problem for you because it will absolutely not happen. Technicians in this department are not even equipped with the proper equipment to take care of these kinds of problems

Kellen is awesome and Arrow should be proud to have him as an employee. He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his customers. We are very pleased to work with him as our Arrow representative and feel he always takes great care of us.
