Been a customer for years and it has been fantastic. Service is incredibly fast - Same day reply and someone is out within 1-2 business days. You can email, call, or use the service request on the website to get ahold of them and they are so helpful. Jennifer and Rhonda are both superstars and I love the chance to interact with them. I would recommend to anyone. I have had zero issues with bugs thanks to them, and living in Georgia we all know bugs are a staple of life down here... Thanks again to Arrow!

Be sure you read the fine print of the contract. I was in the hospital for three months straight this summer on life-support. The last thing on my mind was my exterminator service! When I finally got home, there was a delinquent bill from Arrow. Apparently, since I didn’t return their calls or respond to emails they have the right to come onto your property, without your knowledge, spray, and then bill you. When I called, To question the bill, they explained the fine print to me. They did it again to me today. I called the office and the girl kept interrupting me on the phone with both the same statement it’s in the contract it’s in the contract it’s in the contract until I got so tired of being interrupted that I had to hang up the phone. I have Cancel service with them. Also, be aware that they never give you advance notice on rate increases. Your bills just show up higher. The tech technician never says anything to you about it either.

The representatives are always on-time, courteous and friendly. They always text or call when they are on the way. Most importantly - the bugs are gone after they come!

Arrow always does a thorough job. I especially like how prompt they are when pests (ants) may be coming into the house after a treatment. They will come out for a re-treatment and make sure the problem is resolved. The technicians are always courteous and professional. Our current technician, Anthony, does a great job.
