Had an issue with carpenter ants. I would take off one star because there was a s heduling issue during their first follow-up, which I believe was a paperwork miscommunication. However, all the servicemen that came out were incredibly professional, fast, and open to talking to us that I have to give 5 stars. Ryan, in particular, gave excellent service, was always on time according to the schedule, and did efficient and clean work. He even leanly tore the perforated tabs off the sides of the service slip- a small but noticeable mark of attention to detail, and appreciated for those of us who keep receipts. Thanks, Ryan!

I’ve been a customer for a few years and these last few months have been *weird*. They will often schedule service to come by on their own time and not consult with me and get frustrated if I can’t make it. Often resulting on them coming onto my property without my consent or knowledge. I called the manager and the manager promised a refund of my next service and it never happened. So three times now I’ve paid the $95 for complete service and only got outside service and they haven’t sprayed inside in close to a year. The worker I have is incredibly pushy and borderline creepy. When we say no to service on a particular day he can’t accept it. Then gets mad when he comes by and our dogs bark at him. Do not use this service.

Absolutely appalled at management. 2x I did not authorize for them to come to my property. I bit the bullet and paid the 1st time. The second time, I, again, did NOT give permission, which they still claimed to have done my service anyway. I have 0 footage on my security cameras the date of the supposed service of them actually coming to my home. I attempted to get ahold of management myself with no returned calls. Do yourselves a favor and find another company. I’ve been a customer of Arrow for 6 years and will never recommend them to anyone again moving forward.

I use Arrow for my termite and mosquito services. Have always been great. Updating my review. Stopped doing business with Arrow because they have repeatedly showed up at my home unannounced for both services. Not sure what happened, but management doesn't care. They did it again today and definitely fired. Will take my business to respectful companies.

Overall, Arrow Exterminators get the job done. If you need pest control, you will get your moneys worth. The two star review is given because a three star review meets expectations. They are not meeting my expectations. My main critique with Arrow is why do I have to manually talk and coordinate with someone every. single. time. service is done on my home? As of now, I get a phone call or a text each time they show up. They call me when they need to charge my card. They call me to schedule service. They text me to confirm everything. This should not be a manual effort. It is 2025. Where is the online portal? How can I automate their service without ever having to talk to them? Why do they have to personally call me to charge my card when we have online subscription services as a thing nowadays? Arrow needs to be in the background of my life in an automated and consistently expected fashion. Since this is not the case, I have cancelled my service with them cause I hate having to call and text every single time they show up.
