Lacie provided terrible customer service. When I called, she was very rude and said, 'Don't be a smart mouth.' We purchased a wildlife package for raccoon and snake removal, but when I asked her to check the agreement, she claimed they don’t cover that. When I asked her to look at the agreement, she responded with 'Don't be a smart mouth.' This company has the worst customer service. Even after I reached out to corporate and spoke with Whitney Powell, they didn’t care. We paid $2,000 for a wildlife package, but all they did was come out, set up a $50 cage, and never returned. Update: The customer service representative’s name is Jenny.

We tried to have this company come out and give us a price estimate, but they don't seem to work with households where both partners work full time. They don't work on weekends at all, which is an issue if you want to set an appointment and don't want to take time off work.

Terrible customer service. They claim they come and do services for my house but never come. And they keep calling a number that I told them to remove off my file a million times.

Amazing for wildlife control. They helped us with flying squirrels in the attic. Would not suggest home services for things you want look nice. Installed an attic door and after 3 trips (one to install, 2 to fix things) the attic door still looks like a mess. The door works well, it just looks sloppy. They got caulk and white semigloss trim paint on a flat off-white ceiling, caulk is already cracking a few months out, and one of the molding joints is off.
