We have used Arrow for many years now (over 20?). They have always been fantastic to work with, and we would not consider any other company. I have NEVER seen a bug with our monthly "bug contract" with Arrow, and the couple of mice we have had over the years were quickly taken care of (never to return). Josh (K.), our tech for the past few years, knows our home, what it needs, is ALWAYS kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and is the utmost professional. Our techs before Josh have represented Arrow in an excellent manner as well. If you are ever needing anything beyond the norm, Derrick, the owner, is always happy to personally talk to you, and on a one-time emergency we had, Derrick personally came over to our house on his own time to help us. Arrow is amazing...they TRULY care! :)

We love Arrow! We have been using them for a few years now. Josh K is our technician and he is very communicative and professional! He always takes the time to spray and always remembers our problem areas. You can't beat the price either!

Jerry has been servicing my house quarterly for 10 years. He is the best. Friendly and does a great job. I have have never had any problems with insects or bugs or mice until this year. In February I had a clover mite infestation and Derrick was wonderful. He came out 4 times to spray and called continuously until the problem was resolved. I was so thankful and appreciative for Derrick. He got me through with his knowledge and encouragement. He never gave up. Also, Paul does my annual termite inspection and he also does a great job and very thorough inspection. I always recommend Arrow to friends and people looking for a pest control company. They have amazing knowledge to handle any situation. Arrow is the best!
