I had requested a quote for my apartment buildings to be treated monthly. They had given me a great reasonable price to do all 20 buildings. Upon Mr. Dawson McCarter, the sales tech, arrival he was very friendly and professional. He took down everything that he needed and got back to me quickly with a proposal. He was very thorough and followed up with me throughout my decision. I then chose Aruza pest control as my provider. Today was my first service. Mr. Jaime Baladi came to provide my apartments service. He greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly. He presented him self professionally and arrived like he was happy to provide me with service and was happy to just be doing his job. He was respectful with all my tenants and their belongings and treated their homes thoroughly. I was impressed with his service and his professionalism. I was very satisfied with my service today. Thank you Dawson McCarter and Jaime Baladi for the awesome service. I will defiantly recommend these guys if you are needing a pest control service.

He was proactive in informing me personally of when he would arrive and the specific work he would be doing and why. We have been using Aruza since we moved to this home. We liked the other company we used but Aruza had a deal so we tried them. YEARS LATER we still use them. The same person (Logan) has been here the last 3 times and is very pleasant and efficient. My kids' mother raves about him. They have a set schedule but always come if asked with pretty quick response. They are inexpensive and easy to work with. great company and A+ service.

Tyler was wonderful. He is extremely good at his job! He answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail, which I appreciated very much. He also used a product which no one else has used when they came out for my pest control service...which is to get rid of my ant situation. I really appreciated Tyler!

My pest control technician asked me to leave him a 5 star review because it would get him $10 even though he did a terrible job! The reviews based on what that technician told me is for your 1st visit and they go above and beyond for your 1st visit. Technicians will make it look like an amazing job well done for their $10 provided by the their company for a 5 star review. Every visit since has been a disaster and I’ve got more bugs in my home before signing up with Aruza. These reviews are inflated and don’t reflect the service! BEWARE to anyone who signs up with this company! They will give you a great 1st visit and after that they will show their true colors! On top of that the contract provided was false according to my salesman who knocked on my door. They will trap you in a contract and make you believe you’re getting a discount and when you see how terrible their technicians are they will charge you a $250 cancellation fee. This was not explained to me upon signing up. This is by far the shadiest and slimy company I’ve ever signed up with for pest control. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Go anywhere else but this company! I promise you that you’ll be thankful for my review!

I LOVE Aruza Pest Control!! Today I had my monthly service and Arthur (per usual) pays so much attention to detail! He analyzed, diagnosed and treated both the inside and outside of my home, to care for some ants we'd been seeing. Arthur's professionalism is unmatched and he makes sure to consider our fur baby, when suggesting and executing the treatments to our home.

We had Quint barringer come by and treat our house. He was very thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. After I told him what i was worried about he went above and beyond to make sure they were addressed and treated inside and out. He even went into the attic which was something i didn’t know y’all offered. To be honest I haven’t been happy with the prior service provided and was planning to cancel after my last appointment of the year but thanks to Quint Barringer I will keep my service. He is a great employee with a great personality!
