Well, lesson learned on my end. Ensure you read everything! I had another company, and paid $50 a month, and they were decent. Aruza came around stated they would do flea and tick, included in the package $59. Well, stupid me didn’t fully read the package. It doesn’t cover flea and tick. Now, I get more ant hills, in my yard, and fleas and ticks, and pay more money. Careful of these people. So talked to the company, they stated yes all out doors stuff is on the plan. I have had ant hills pop up in the back. 3-4 big ones. So I talked with the company, they sent someone out, they said couldn’t take care of them, gate was locked. Keep in mind it was latched not locked. So put in a request to re do the back yard because of the ant hills. Guy comes out dusts the house, sprays around it, and doesn’t do anything for the hills, sits in his truck 10 mins and leaves. I watched the entire time, was waiting for him to get off the phone while he was here. He didn’t just did bare minimum and left. This company literally does not care about you, their contract or your requests.

Aruza is a great company because they hire good people and their applications are fairly thorough. Every their rep is here at the house, the work is extensive and they take the time to explain what they are applying and when it is safe for pets or when it is OK to mow. Very happy with this company and the business they do.

I have only been using Aruza Pest Control for about 3 months, but I have been impressed with not only their technicians, but their support staff and leadership. Mike, the Service Manager for the Aruza Pest Control location in Charleston is awesome. He came by specifically to rid of us of some pesky wasps and was so professional. Well done Mike! Thank you!

Aruza was extremely difficult when trying to move services from our current house that we sold, to the house that we were building. Since there was going to be a few months of no service (needed to wait until my new home was finished) they enforced a hefty cancellation fee. I wish they were more customer centric and flexible with our situation.
