My experience with them has been very pleasant from the beginning when I had to describe my problem to Mary over the phone. She helped to schedule the service and Greg Jr was the person assigned to my case. On the day of the first service appointment he thoroughly surveyed the roof and identified the entrance point. In a matter of a few days he took care of capturing and relocating the family of squirrels, checked for the absence of further activity and then sealed the entrance. Everything was executed very professionally. Overall I am very satisfied and I would definitely call them again in case I have a future need.
