I was referred to this company by a friend of a friend in Nov 2019, and so glad I was. I’ve hired this company again for a second time May 2020, and I can’t be any happier with the results. In October 2019, I moved into a home that had many spiders, though I never came across them, the new webs that I’d see daily from working on this houses was evident enough that there was an exterior problem. So I called and they (Tracey) explained to me that they offer (I believe) two different packages. One package was for a single treatment and the second package was for a double treatment to use after 15 days, and must be used within 30 days. The price was too good to refuse the second option ($75 in 2019). I was impressed as after the first treatment that her husband did, and I saw immediate results!!! For mental security (because I believe I have arachnophobia 😖), I called back after the 15th day, and scheduled a second visit for the 28th day. Fast forward to today, we started to see in the warmer months more spiders again but more so inside this time, so I reached back out to them for another exterior treatment, which is now $85, but who cares when the results speak for themselves. Here’s the kicker for me and I swear that I had ZERO knowledge of this.... but we have an exterior roach problem!!!! Dear Lord!!! When I saw the amount of dead roaches outside the perimeter of my house, I freaked the hell out and cringed at the thought of having to sweep them up!! I started to wonder if this was due to the yard work that I had done the same day these people came out, and if the yard work done disrupted their environment! OMG.... I felt so blessed, and secure to see them dead at all the perimeter treatment spots around the house and now I will now keep them coming every three months.... you have a life long and NEEDED customer!!! Thanks so much for the professionalism, and service that actually works. I even referred them to my parents who seem to have an earwig (pincher bug) issue. But a million thanks again, now i won’t have to see a psychiatrist 😂 (see attached photos). See you in a few weeks lol!

We heard critters in the attic and knew we had a problem. ASAP to the rescue! Nate has a detective-like mind and found the entry points of the rodents. From trimming a shrub that was giving critters roof access, to replacing a dryer vent and a door sweep in the garage, down to strategically placed traps in the attic and garage. My family and I appreciate the well thought out plan to solve this problem. Would highly recommend ASAP!

Nate and Tracie are very professional and thorough. Nate is the one who does the treatment. He keeps current on all the solutions that work. He is very knowledgeable. Tracie is as well. She runs the office and fills in for Nate when needed. You can't find a better Pest Control company in SD County.

ASap has been our Pest Control company for several years. They have great customer service and are very friendly. If I ever have a concern they take care if it right away . No need to look for any other Pest Control.
