After having a baby squirrel between my walls for a couple of days and Mom showing up and running through the space between the floors I felt like I was loosing my mind. When the 1st company I called failed to fix the issue or do much of an investigation, we found ASAP. They came out the same evening we called and pulled both of the squirrels out of my house and then fixed the holes in the attic a couple of days later. The demeanor of Greg calmed my very frazzled nerves and I can’t thank them enough for diagnosing and fixing the problem, not just trying to charge me a bunch of money for a band aid fix.

A big thank you to Dan and Greg for helping out my daughter, on a very short notice, to rescue a Mom and baby squirrel. The baby fell from the attic into a half wall space and was scratching and crying and the Mom was running loops in the space between the floor in a PANIC! As I was told, brave Greg rescued everyone and came back and patched the hole where the Mamma got in. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! A job much appreciated and well done!

We contacted ASAP for help removing a squirrel from our attic. The guy who came out was great - informative, friendly, helpful. However, the follow-up after that first visit was very bad. When we finally heard back from the owner (we never got to speak to the original guy again), it was a very confusing conversation. He said he would come back out himself, but we never heard from him again. We ended up having to contact another service to handle the issue.
