Took our money and did not follow through on his “warranty” and stopped replying once he had the check. His work was decent but he did not solve the problem or deliver on the warranty that was agreed to. Find another provider.

Very happy with the work completed by Rusty and his crew. Cost seemed on the high side but I did not compare. Project completed within identified timeline and price. They identified some additional shutter repair during the process and they completed this work at cost. Best of all, the bats have gone elsewhere. I would use the company again.

Do not do business with this company. They did not do everything they said they were going to do and then did things that you wouldn't want if the would have explained it better. Then after I had a contractor here doing other work, they discovered these issues. I was still under their three year warranty. So I called them as said on the contract it states they were going to remove and clean away all the feces in the soffits. They did not. Of course I wouldn't know this as I am a 60+ and not capable of investigating that. I had a contractor out here doing other work and he inspected it as there was droppings coming out from the soffit. This is clearly spelled out in contact and they wont come out and clean it. They won't even come out an reinspect the work they did in the attic which warranties nothing coming back. The warranty ends in a few months. I asked them to come inspect the attic to ensure this isn't new feces and if it is old it clearly wasn't cleaned at the time of their work. Instant message me if you want to know more and get any advice.

With a last minute call and a house smelling of death, Asheville Wildlife Removal came to help when no one else would. They promptly addressed the issues and gave me advice on how to resolve further issues. They were pleasant on the phone and pleasant in person. I appreciate this company for doing a great job!

In February 2022, we contracted Asheville Wildlife Removal (AWR) to remove bats from the attics of our condos and seal the building to prevent their re-entry. The contract included an extended three-year warranty and stated that the service would cover "all labor, materials, delivery, and installation with the expertise of proper installation to avoid re-entry." However, when we contacted AWR during the warranty period about the bats re-entering, we were informed, "There was no way to know that there was no J-channel installed to hold the soffit in place above the bricks and that the soffit was just sitting on top of the bricks until it blew loose in high winds, allowing the bats to enter through the gaps created." This statement suggests that the "expert installation" promised in the contract did not occur. AWR did not notify us that the screening could not be installed properly. The representative from AWR offered to return to remove the bats and fix the unsecured screening, for an additional fee of $3,200. This situation has caused us significant inconvenience, especially given the failure to uphold the warranty, and their proposed solution is unacceptable.
