Our experience with ASPEN services has never changed ! Every quarterly visit is professional and service is wonderful. They oversee all areas of our patio and deck with extra care. Today , BRAD & DANIEL provided extra service to overlook some few ants in our remodeled bathroom and took care of all measures outside , evenly putting away our hose on the ground along with some blown over plants. Aspen sent a very hardworking and friendly professional named Logan to our house. For a first service, I was very impressed. He was very communicative and explained to me what work he was doing for pest control and what products were used. I’m glad we selected Aspen for our new home quarterly pest control services and found them to be affordable and helpful.

Aspen is always prompt, arriving on time within the earliest time of their scheduled window. Treatments are thorough but quick. Respectful, they wear shoe coverings when entering the home, make sure to check in and ensure that we don’t have any unaddressed areas and concerns. Logan specifically is always knowledgeable and suggests preventive measures between treatments. We had some ants for a bit, one treatment took care of most of them, Aspen returned within 30 days to re- treat and they were all gone after that. Our landlord covers the cost of the quarterly maintenance, but I would say they are 100% worth every penny.

David came out and killed an aggressive above ground yellow jacket nest for me. It was a little far back down a hill in the woods of my lot next to a trail and he had no trouble heading down there with me to take care of it. I’ve been using Aspen for years and would highly recommend.
