Shane Chitwood has been our pest technician for longer than I can remember. He services our Farm House and our Residential Home. Shane is very knowledgeable of the treatment needs for these two separate locations. Shane calls or texts us for times to treat every two months. He is always prompt, courteous, and upbeat during his time in our home. If or when a special need occurs, he is “Shane on the Spot”! We appreciate having Shane taking care of our needs! Cost question below should have a comments section for those of us who pays Astro annually. We pay for each location separately and yearly and appreciate the savings incorporated with this method!

I signed up for a year contract and the sales hype sounds great. The sales hype is they will be spraying 2 or 3 feet out from your foundation and inside your home, and any other place you see a problem.Lies! The outside of the home is only sprayed around the foundation. The inside is only included if you say there is a problem. So, none of the yard at all is included. I had a fire ant mound that the exterminator had to go back to to spray. But, the ants will just move someplace else in the yard. So, the amount of time they are there is maybe 5 minutes. I thought they were going to set up an appointment on when they were going to show up. Nope, they just show up, but now it makes sense if all they do is around the foundation. My opinion, not worth $90.

I mentioned that wife was seeing BIG roaches on our back porch. Donald (Astro guy) finished the outside and then came up on the porch and did his thing with the hand held sprayer. We are very pleased with Astro. Oh, I almost forgot. It's not just the Astro people it's what they are spraying. It works
