I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Atlantic Bay Contracting. While the project was a relatively small asbestos remediation, I needed help managing it while I was out of state. This was not a problem and the entire team went above and beyond . First, when I called after hours, Allen responded promptly to my questions — and was friendly and welcoming to me (I as moving to MA from out of state). Second, when it came to understanding the whole process, the administrative team patiently explained every step. Third, the entire process was scheduled and executed *as planned* (notification to the state, and the project itself,etc). Lastly, the billing was exactly as they had said it would be at the outset — no surprises. Though I hope I don't need any more asbestos remediation, I will definitely go with Atlantic Bay if I do.

Atlantic Bay Contracting was great! We had two pipes freeze during a recent cold spell and they were super easy to work with for moisture mitigation. We needed to have some drywall tested for asbestos and they provided contacts for a number of local options. We needed somebody to do drywall repair and painting and they provided options for that. The team on-site was super nice and didn't make any mess at all (quite the opposite of our plumbers) and they worked with me to find an alternative disinfectant as I didn't want anything with quats around my kids. Allen, the owner, even brought my daughters some coloring books when he stopped by to check on the work. I hope we don't have cause to need abatement or remediation again in the future, but if we do we'll definitely reach back out to ABC.

I initially hired Atlantic Bay contracting to treat my apartment for mold after a positive mold test with unknown source. The team was quick and effective. The apartment smelled like a totally different place when they were done, in a good way. A few months later during construction, we discovered the source of the mold. The team responded immediately, moved things around to be able to have someone at our house to treat the mold within days. The office staff are responsive and helpful. The on site team was knowledgeable and efficient. Allen is always available to answer questions and help think through what is the best next step.

This company was very professional, They did an amazing job. I was dealing with mold and they came quickly and worked thoroughly. I’d recommend them to friends and family for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can not put into words the amount of thanks we owe them to get our job done. This company went above and beyond to remove all of the shingles on our house during an abatement and did not deter during trying times (neighbor issues). This is the second house I have used their services for and I would never question calling them again. A+++
