I called about a baby rabbit i rescued from my window well. He was scared and didn't look well, they never called back, sadly the out come was not good. The least the they could have done was return my phone msg. Not much of a wildlife rescue.

While I’m sure his intentions were good, after commencing the tour where we were expecting to view the animals and facilities he was working with, the gentleman who runs the institute spent 35 minutes talking about himself and his interests while showing only two animals! His comments would have been more meaningful after touring the facility. At least then visitors would have an idea what he was talking about. We finally left because he continued to lecture with no indication that he was going to move on any time soon. While I’m sure that what they do is important, we were very disappointed that we were unable to see more.0

Much needed and we’re fortunate to have this organization in this region. We donate to them monthly, suggest you all do the same. Doesn’t take much if we all help out.

I emailed them late at night when we found a porcupine that was injured on the road and they responded back that yes we could bring it and they would do what they could, no real questions asked. They care about helping wildlife and that is hugely appreciated.

They were very helpful. When I called they answered quickly and when I emailed they answered within a 2 minutes of receiving it. If you need help answering any questions on wildlife or see wildlife in need, these are the people to call.
